ARTESANAL MEZCAL

Espadín or agave anguvstifolia, 10-year maturation, Santiago Matatlán population.
Crushed in a stone mill, baked in a deck oven, fermented in Sabino vats, double distillation in mud, master mezcalero Jose Muerto at 48 degrees.
Aroma of cooked maguey and moist earth, visually clean and bright, on the nose citrus notes, in flavour sweet notes.
It is a very smooth and easy-to-drink mezcal.
